We are happy to announce Eggplant Gateway 25.3.5 (July 3, 2025). This release of Eggplant Gateway contains the following enhancements and defect fixes.
Eggplant Gateway for Remote Desktop (RDP) Connections
- Implements parity feature
Disconnect on Log Offfor RDP connection. This feature enables user to configure whether to disconnect upon Log Off from System Under Test (SUT) or remain active connection with the System Under Test (SUT). - Fix an issue reported in the area of Japanese keyboard layout where user unable to send valid characters in Notepad and Run windows.
- Example: TypeText "C:\abc\abc\abc\ｴﾐｭﾚｰﾀ1.emd" will return invalid character for "".
Eggplant Gateway for Citrix Connections
- Enhanced the error message shown in Citrix connection when the user encounters a timeout issue. This provides a clearer message to the user and supports a more effective troubleshooting process.
